No town ban or permit for metal detecting. No removing beach sand from its natural state (Sec. 92.03). No walking on or damaging the primary or frontal dune except at designated beach accessways (Sec. 92.04). Sea turtle rules apply; beach equipment left unattended in town public areas is treated as abandoned property (Ch. 97). No hole-depth rule in the code: fill your holes.
