Henry Code Sec. 3-13-4 (Parks—Prohibited acts) makes it unlawful 'to use in any park or recreational area any electronic device for the detection of metals, minerals, artifacts, lost articles, or for treasure hunting.' The same section also bars digging/excavating and removing any historical artifact or relic without commissioner approval.
